Obi Dining Armchair

Obi family, grows this year with the addition of two dining armchairs. Both are very similar: their structure is made of high resistance aluminium profile and the backrest is a reminiscence of the tight belt characteristic of the outdoor collection. The difference is in the legs. As for the rest of pieces in the family, we have developed a signature Premium Belt: a new textured band carefully sewn by hand and wider than the original. The result is even more Japanese and elegant if possible.

Sometimes the past is so contemporary. Expormim has gone to those days with the intention to recover the first Lapala woven chair, the original, so typical of the Mediterranean. The sculptural design, conceived by Lievore Altherr Molina studio in 1998, turns 25 years old. www.expormim.com
